This large beachfront residence was designed as a family holiday retreat for an extended family from the city. Living areas are located on the first floor to take advantage of ocean views over the coastal dunes. Ground floor includes large entertainment areas for the grown children and their families. The buildings roof form allows light to penetrate into the central area of the building.
