Jax Residence

This new beachfront residence was designed for American clients that holiday in Australia. Certain elements such as the timber cladding and roof forms reflect a similar response to this beachside location in both countries. Internal finishes and selections also reflect a meld between the client’s native country and the local finishes, such as the timber flooring and stone cladding. Internal lighting fittings, including the kayak shell pendant were brought from the USA.
