This single storey residence is designed around a sculptural roof form that is used to allow light to penetrate internal spaces. The building opens onto a pool and tennis court area to the north.
Ocean views are captured to the east from all living spaces and raised decks.
Batten screens were used to divide rooms and delineate spaces.
