The existing house was a typical brick veneer home that did not relate to its magnificent setting. The new work refurbished the existing kitchen, dining and living areas.
The most effective move was to extend the existing living area and open it out into an outdoor room that embraced the location. The renovation gives the home a new sophistication that was required by the client so that home entertaining was both possible and delightful.
