The renovations to the existing beach cottage involved raising the existing building 1 metre. The understory was then filled in with bunkrooms, bedroom, bathroom, rumpus room and breezeway.
A covered deck was added to the north side of the building to increase the major living area.
The renovation respected the existing building form while a larger pergola and roofs added a level of unusual interest.
