Ocean Avenue Residences is a group of 16 small lot houses located beach side in Northern New South Wales. The site captures views to the south over an adjoining parkland.
The houses consist of one, two, and three bedroom building types. The majority of these buildings incorporate voids in to the planning to create internal height and volume.
Each individual building is to be read as part of whole group with the roof form linking the project together.
