This single storey level beachfront residence was designed around a north facing court yard and pool area. Private and public spaces were separated by this landscaped courtyard. Face blockwork blades were used to divide spaces within the building and the chamferboard cladding provides a reference to the beach house architecture of the region. The light and airy interiors include the face blockwork, canterlevered interior cabinets and a series of concealed movable wall panels.
